The condominiums in Point West of SummerTree include: landscaping, basic cable, trash removal, roof repair or replacement, building exterior maintenance, building insurance and all the amenities of SummerTree including the clubhouse. The residents in Point West pay one low monthly fee to cover all the amenities and have very little maintenance to perform themselves. Supporting a wonderful resource like the Metro Centers is a great way for us to give back to our community and help provide much needed resources and support to our local gay community.
